MSU CoL Gensan LAC held meeting; first LSP certifications expected

The Mindanao State University College of Law Gensan Campus’ Legal Aid Clinic (LAC) held a meeting on December 30, 2021 for its long-awaited applications for Law Student Practitioner (LSP) Levels 1 and 2 Certifications pursuant to Sections 5 and 9(c) of Rule 138-A or the Law Student Practice Rule.

In attendance at the LAC meeting were former Dean of College of Law, Atty. Annabelle B. Cañazares-Mindalano, College of Law Iligan (IIT) campus Assistant Dean, Atty. Joanah C. Alinog-Disocor, who is also the Clinical Legal Education Program head, supervising lawyer Atty. Glenda N. Yuson of General Santos Campus, CLSA President and LAC Vice-president Sabrina Gayo, LAC President Rosaifa Usman Radi, and other members of the LAC.

The founding officers of the LAC are Rosaifa Radi (president), Sabrina Gayo (vice president), Nasrifah Langco (secretary), Jan Jeffiah Camiña (treasurer), Dar Sandoval (auditor), and The Advocati’s Editor-in-Chief Chloebelle Guinto (social media manager).

The LAC’s founding members will be the first to apply for the anticipated LSP certifications.
